These assessments help identify gaps in the availability, security, and performance of your IT infrastructure. This service is available for Giga Standard, Tera Standard, and Giga Advance Plans.
Assessment Process:
- Capture Configuration Item (CI) Details: We record the details of all relevant CIs in our IT Service Management (ITSM) database.
- Identify Assessment Checks: We compile a list of checks to be conducted during the assessment.
- Execute Checks and Analyze Results: We perform the checks on the CIs and input the results into our system. The system then generates a score for each check, and you will receive a comprehensive report at the end of the assessment, complete with recommendations.
- Actionable Recommendations: Recommendations are created as actionable points in our ITSM database, allowing for effective tracking and implementation.
